WINTER IS COMING. This only means that raclette season is here! In collaboration with Bill's Farm, we have come up with the most amazing raclette pack that will make you bend the knee. To be shared with 3 other people, it includes:

 

350g (approx.) of Section 28 Raw Milk Raclette^

1 French Baguette or Glutten Free Bread (+$5)

200g of Casalinga Salami*

150g Saucisson Sec Salami*

120g Smoked Wagyu*

150g Sundried Tomato*

100g Cornichons*

 

How to prepare:

Using a Raclette Grill

- Slice the raclette to the size of your grill and melt.

- Pour melted raclette over meats, and enjoy them with crusty baguette, sundried tomatoes & pickles.

 

Using a Stove Top

- Thinly slice raclette to individual portions.

- Heat fry pan over medium/high heat. Place sliced raclette on hot pan and let it melt. 

- Pour melted raclette over meats, and enjoy them with crusty baguette, sundried tomatoes & pickles.

 

 

^Please be warned that pregnant women, the elderly and immunocomprimised should not consume raw milk products.

*In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of a product, we will replace it with something similar to the same value.

  • You are able to pick-up your order during our operating days and hours ONLY at RIPE, Shop 41/42, Dairy Hall, Queen Victoria Market:

    • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7am-3pm
    • Saturday: 7am-3pm
    • Sunday: 9am-3pm

    After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification once your platter is ready for pick-up the next operating day (as stated above).

    For order required on Monday and Wednesday. please ensure you make your order at least 2 operating days (as stated above) prior, for collection during the prescribed pick-up times.
