Barry Charlton and the team from Berry's Creek (Vic) have created some of the world's best blue cheese (Bellingham, Mossvale, Oak and Riverine Buffalo), washed rind (Springview) and a delicious Brie.
It is important to show support for our talented artisan cheesemakers and Australian dairy farmers. We have created RIPE to be exclusively Australian and every product from cheese, crackers, condiments and beverages is locally made with more than 60% coming from Victoria. - Hakim, Cheesemonger
