With everyone in lockdown, CHEESE TALKS is the perfect activity for your team to come together on ZOOM for an hour of cheese appreciation and learning, and enjoying great wine. This shared fun and gourmet experience amongst your team can foster unity and motivation during these challenging times.
You will be hosted by Hakim Halim, RIPE's owner and cheesemonger who has called Australia home for the past 10 years. A digital marketer by trade and lover of all things food, he spent time in the food industry before joining Bill's Farm at the Queen Vic Market to manage their award-winning cheese range.
What you'll get:
Each person will receive our RIPE "Cheesemonger's Choice" pack that includes 3 types of artisanal Australian cheeses* - white mould, hard/semi-hard and blue. They will also be given 2 options to decide on their 4th cheese - this will be a choice between unique and interesting cheeses.
In addition to this, matching wine(s), 2 packets of crackers (GF available), a piece of premium Tasmanian Quince Paste, a RIPE calico bag, personalised Certificate of Completion, cheese tasting and/or wine pairing notes, a private ZOOM link, VIP discount at RIPE, and free delivery up to 20km (or $20 delivery fee for 20-40km and no delivery beyond 40km) from the Queen Victoria Market.
Standard price starts at $80/person. However this is completely customisable according to your budget.

**Please note that a minimum of 3 weeks confirmation is required prior to the event. A 50% deposit will be collected upon confirmation, with the remaining amount to be paid the day before event.
