The delicate white bloom on the outside is rolled in ash - resulting in a striking black and white apperance. It hides a deliciously rich and creamy center. Local milk and extra cream creates an exquisite masterpiece.

About Woombye Cheese
Fresh, handcrafted cheese made in one of this country’s most beautiful regions.
Originally founded by Graeme and Karen Paynter in 2013, their range has grown to include Camembert, Triple Cream Brie, Blackall Gold Washed Rind, Ash Brie, Vintage Cheddar and of course their flagship cheese Truffle Triple Cream Brie.
At Woombye Cheese Company they are passionate about cheese and the Sunshine Coast hinterland is the perfect place to make cheese, with its panoramic vistas of rolling green hills, creeks and bushland. This lush setting makes for happy cows; and happy cows produce the purest milk for cheesemaking.

Ash Brie (150g)
After we have received your order and payment, we will contact you if we need to modify the delivery day/time period.
Orders received will be expedited the next business day. We only deliver Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after 3pm.
Our delivery person will place your order at your door, move at least 1.5m away and contact you. In the event that you are unable to receive your order, he will attempt to place it somewhere safe and inform you of said location. However, if there is not a safe place and you are liable to pay another delivery fee to get your order.
It's $15 delivery fee up to 10km or $25 between 11-20km. We dont deliver beyond 20km. Dont forget that our minimum delivery amount is $99 so you will need to order something else from our store to accompany this if you want delivery.
You are able to pick-up your order during our operating days and hours ONLY at RIPE, Shop 41/42, Dairy Hall, Queen Victoria Market:
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7am-2pm
- Saturday: 7am-2pm
- Sunday: 9am-2pm
We do not provide this service on Monday & Wednesday.
