he tomme-style Banksia sits somewhere between a raclette and gouda and has a firm but elastic texture that melts beautifully revealing the high, complex scents beyond its foundation notes of earth and roasted nuts. 


About Long Paddock (VIC)

Long Paddock is an artisan dairy making mostly traditional French styles of dairy and cheese using organic Australian dairy. Ivan Larcher is cheese master who has been brought to Australia to educate the new generation of cheesemakers here in Australia.

  • You are able to pick-up your order during our operating days and hours ONLY at RIPE, Shop 41/42, Dairy Hall, Queen Victoria Market:

    • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7am-2pm
    • Saturday: 7am-2pm
    • Sunday: 9am-2pm

    We do not provide this service on Monday & Wednesday.
